COACHING
The purpose of onsite coaching is to manage a workers' compensation claim immediately from the date of injury, in order to reduce delays and the overall duration of the claim.

Onsite coaching:

  • Provides immediate support for the employee and manager
  • Provides clarity in the treatment process through direct communication with the treating physician and/or therapist
  • Maintains open communication lines between employee, manager and medical providers
  • Facilitates goal setting to allow the employee to take a central role in his/her rehabilitation process
  • Monitors and facilitates safe work practices of the employee
  • Provides customized training to the employee to prevent future (repeat) injuries
  • Identifies return-to-work transition options as needed
  • Informs manager of progress or obstacles
  • Maintains employee records
  • Maintains open communication lines with risk management and insurance carrier/ third party administrator
